Kelsey Mezzanatto Daniel
Founding Partner, Capalbo Daniel, PC
Kelsey Mezzanatto Daniel, Esq. is a proud co-founder of Capalbo Daniel, PC, where she brings over a decade of experience in subrogation and litigation. Her legal career began with a variety of experience in many areas of law before honing in on civil litigation. Upon moving to San Diego in 2013, she began working in the space of subrogation.
Robert D. Tobey, Esq.
Junior Partner, Capalbo Daniel, PC
Robert Tobey is a Junior Partner with Capalbo Daniel, PC. He started as a Senior Subrogation Associate in the Subrogation Department at MSKW and quickly rose through the ranks, setting himself apart utilizing his knowledge and experience in civil litigation to excel in the pursuit of subrogation recovery.
